A. Henry Smith, DDS

Dr. Henry Smith graduated from University of Texas in 1976 with a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy with honors. He attended the University of Texas Dental Branch in Houston graduating in 1981. He moved to Mission in 1982. He has practiced dentistry at 308 S. Bryan Road in Mission since 1985. He is married to Bonnie Smith and has two children Scarlett and Andrew.

Dr.Smith is a member of Mission Lions Club, Sharyland Water Supply Corporation, First Methodist Church McAllen and Rio Grande Valley Tex-Ex Students Association. He is also a member of the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, Rio Grande Valley Dental Society.  Dr. Smith is a member of the Seattle Study Club for excellent in dentistry with continuing education classes throughout the year. He was a past member of the Sharyland ISD Board of Trustees, Mission Economic Development Authority, Mission Chamber of Commerce, and American Heart Association.

Andrew H. Smith, DDS

Dr. Andrew Smith is a valley native and eager to practice in his hometown. Dr. Andrew graduated from Sharyland High School, went on to the University of the Incarnate Word to graduate Summa Cum Laude and then finished up his education at the University of Texas School of Dentistry. Dr. Smith’s dream of becoming a dentist and working alongside his father has become a reality. Along the way, Dr. Smith designed his personal practice of dentistry with the goal of creating a comfortable experience for the patient. His main goals revolve around reducing dental anxiety so each patient that leaves his chair will take with them a sense of comfort and trust in their experience with Dr. Smith. He spends countless hours learning the newest and latest dental treatment technology.  When you see Dr. Smith, you will know that the most modern and up-to-date treatment has been performed.

During his free time, Dr. Smith enjoys spending time with his wife, Shellie, and his son, Henry.  He enjoys watching his Texans, Rockets, and Astros, even though he is often left with mixed emotions. He also loves to play golf and be with friends. He is also an active member of the RGV Dental Society, Texas Dental Association, American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentist.

Joshua N. England, DDS

Dr. England’s passion for oral health started early on when he saw the impact dentistry has on people’s overall health. He decided to pursue a career in educating people in oral health care. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science with Summa Cum Laude honors from Sam Houston State University. Dr. England then continued his dental education at The University of Texas School of Dentistry at Houston.

Following his graduation, Dr. England made his home in the Rio Grande Valley, where he became a member of both the Texas Dental Association and the Rio Grande Valley Dental Society. He enjoys being an integral part of his local community.

Beyond his professional commitments, Dr. England thrives in the outdoors and is an avid traveler. After a rewarding day of dental care, you can often find him unwinding at the natatorium, indulging in his love of swimming.

Jeffrey M. Dyke, DDS

Dr. Dyke is a Rio Grande Valley native who was raised in McAllen along with his four siblings. He was a McAllen Memorial Mustang and after high school received his undergraduate education at the University of Texas at Austin. After college Dr. Dyke was awarded a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Texas School of Dentistry at Houston. Following this Dr. Dyke completed his training in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. With his education and training behind him, Dr. Dyke went on to work in private practice in Atlanta, GA for a time before ultimately returning to his roots in the RGV.

Dr. Dyke is a diplomate of the American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery and a fellow of the American Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.

In addition to providing a broad scope of surgical services, we implement the use of state of the art equipment which enables our team to assess, communicate, and plan to the highest degree possible. Dr. Dyke regularly maintains close communication with dental and medical colleagues to strategize and develop the optimal treatment and provide patients with the best possible outcomes.
